Síndrome de Burnout, presenteísmo e perda de produtividade em trabalhadores de enfermagem

Background: Burnout syndrome and presenteeism can have detrimental effects, particularly in the nursing field Objective: To explore association between burnout syndrome, occupational health aspects, presenteeism, loss of productivity workers. Methodology: Cross-sectional study with 291 Four instruments were applied Socio-demographic, questionnaire; Maslach Inventory; Stanford Presenteeism Scale; Work Limitations Questionnaire. Data analyzed using descriptive inferential statistics, tests, logistic regression, respecting significance level 5%. Results: was associated dual employment, diagnosis anxiety depression, smoking. also productivity, both overall all specific domains. Conclusion: is linked to aspects resulting productivity. Understanding impact these phenomena contributes designing effective prevention strategies.
